A coordinator reads intent from free-form text and breaks it into a task graph. When intents conflict, a mediator prioritizes them against shared goals. Only approved tasks are cryptographically signed and sent to connected agents. Teams align on intent before code is written, instead of resolving misunderstandings later through repeated code reviews and merge conflicts.
