Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Andineering (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the Agentic AI solution services (the "Services") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these terms of service are defined as follows.
- "Services" means the Agentic AI solutions and all related services provided by the Company.
- "User" means a member or non-member who receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.
- "Member" means a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company, continuously receives information from the Company, and may continue to use the services provided by the Company.
- "Non-member" means a person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.
- "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers selected by a member and approved by the Company to identify the member and enable use of the Services.
- "Password" means a combination of letters and numbers selected by a member to verify that they are the member associated with the assigned ID and to protect their rights and interests.
Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of Terms)
The Company posts these terms on the initial service screen so that users can easily review them. The Company may amend these terms as necessary within the bounds of applicable law. When amending the terms, the Company will publish the effective date and reasons for amendment alongside the current terms on the initial service screen, from seven days before the effective date through the day before it takes effect.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
Users apply for membership by completing the registration form specified by the Company and indicating their agreement to these terms. The Company registers users who apply as described in paragraph 1 unless any of the following applies.
- The applicant has previously lost membership under these terms
- The registration uses another person’s information without authorization or contains false information
- The applicant’s membership has been suspended by the Company
- The Company otherwise determines that registering the applicant would cause significant technical difficulties
Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Services)
The Company provides the following services.
- Agentic AI agent creation and management services
- Agent workflow automation services
- Customer inquiry management and handling services
- Any other services newly developed by the Company or provided to members through partnership agreements or similar arrangements
The Company may modify the Services as necessary and will announce the changes on its website.
Article 6 (Interruption of Services)
The Company may temporarily suspend the Services due to maintenance, inspection, replacement, or malfunction of computers or other information and communications equipment, interruption of communications, or similar reasons. The Company will compensate users or third parties for damages caused by a temporary suspension of the Services for the reasons described in paragraph 1, unless the Company proves that it acted without intent or negligence.
Article 7 (Member Obligations)
Members must not engage in the following conduct.
- Registering false information when applying or making changes
- Using another person’s information without authorization
- Modifying information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information other than that specified by the Company, such as computer programs
- Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties, or interfering with their business
- Publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and morals
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company strives to protect users’ personal information. The protection of users’ personal information is governed by applicable laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Company Obligations)
The Company will not engage in conduct prohibited by law or these terms, or contrary to public order and morals, and strives to provide the Services continuously and reliably. To enable users to use the Services safely, the Company establishes security systems to protect personal information, including credit information, and publishes and complies with its Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with services provided free of charge, except where such damages result from the Company’s gross negligence.
Article 11 (Exemption from Liability)
The Company is exempt from liability for providing the Services when unable to do so due to natural disasters or comparable events of force majeure. The Company is not liable for disruptions in the use of the Services attributable to a member. The Company is not liable for a member’s loss of anticipated profits from using the Services or for damages resulting from materials obtained through the Services.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The laws of the Republic of Korea govern the interpretation of these terms and disputes between the Company and members. Any lawsuit arising from such a dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters.
